Do you only work with faux florals?

Yes, we specialize in high-quality faux florals, including silk, real-feel, and dried flowers. Our focus is on creating stunning, durable arrangements that last throughout your event and beyond.

Do you offer candles or candle setup?

Yes, we offer beautiful candle options, including real wax remote-controlled candles, and select glass candelabras for an additional rental cost. Our primary focus is on designing floral arches, aisles, and reception centerpieces, but we provide these candle options to enhance the overall ambiance.

Can we see the floral arrangements in person before renting?

Some centerpiece samples and smaller florals can be viewed in our design room with an appointment. Larger items like arches are stored off-site, so we provide clear photos and videos for reference. You can also check out our Instagram @carmelasflowercompany for more visuals.

Can I customize the arch, centerpiece, or aisle markers?

To maintain the integrity of our designs, we do not add or remove flowers from existing arrangements. However, we offer several options for mixing and matching collections to suit your style.

What does "price is for one setup/location only" mean?

For items that take significant time and care to install, we set them up in one place but do not move them to another location.  For example, we do not move arches from the ceremony to the reception. Your wedding planner or coordinator can assist with moving smaller arrangements, if needed.

Can you move the arch and aisle arrangements to the reception?

We do not move items like arches due to their complexity. However, aisle markers and smaller arrangements can be moved by your wedding planner or coordinator. We focus on ensuring safe, professional installation, especially for larger items like arches and candelabras.

Can we change our order later?

You can make changes, depending on availability. Bouquets and boutonnieres can be adjusted up to 60 days after the order is placed. Custom orders, however, must be finalized 60 days prior to your event, as they require additional planning and design time.

What happens if it rains and my arch is supposed to be outdoors?

We always recommend having a detailed rain plan for outdoor installations. If the weather changes, we can install the arch indoors. Our products cannot be exposed to rain, and we will work closely with your planner to ensure everything runs smoothly, rain or shine.

What happens if a product is damaged or goes missing?

We trust our clients to care for our products during their event. Minor wear and tear are expected; however, damaged, broken, or missing items that occur under your rental will incur replacement fees. This applies to items damaged or taken by the wedding party or your guests. Please refer to our contract for more details.

How far do you deliver?

We offer free delivery, setup, and teardown within 60 miles of our location in Gallatin, TN. For distances beyond 60 miles, we charge $1.50 per mile for the additional distance.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, our current minimum order is $3000. This can be easily reached with our rental packages, ensuring that you have all the floral arrangements and accessories you need for your big day.

What are the late pickup fees after 10 PM?

We typically pick up after 10 pm when the reception is winding down. If you need a later pickup, we charge $100 per hour after 11 pm and $200 per hour after 12 am. Next-day pickups are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on location and our schedule.

What payment plans are available?

You can pay in full upfront or split your payment into two installments: 50% at booking and the remaining 50% due 45 days before your event. If you’d like a customized payment plan, feel free to contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo for your convenience.

Can you hold dates without a deposit?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates without a 50% deposit. To secure your rental, be sure to place your deposit as early as possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your agreement for a full refund of any amounts paid by providing written notice within 10 days of signing.
